Core Strength Fusion is more than just a workout for your abs—it's a full-body sculpting experience designed to tone every major muscle group, much like a Pilates class but with a twist. This 60-minute class incorporates a variety of equipment, including the magic circle, BOSU, mat, light weight dumbbells, and resistance bands, to challenge your body in new and effective ways.
Whether you're looking to improve your core stability, enhance your posture, or increase overall strength, Core Strength offers a dynamic workout that adapts to all fitness levels. Each session combines weighted and mat-based exercises that not only focus on your core but also engage your entire body, promoting better balance, flexibility, and muscle tone.
Class Structure:

Warm-Up (10 mins): Dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare your body.

Core Activation (10 mins): Engage your core with planks and bird dogs.

Core Strength Routine (20 mins): Use the magic circle, BOSU, and light weights for targeted exercises that strengthen the core and other major muscle groups.

Mat-Based & Resistance Exercises (15 mins): Focus on bodyweight and resistance band movements to enhance core stability, posture, and overall strength.
