Core Strength Fusion is more than just a workout for your abs—it's a full-body sculpting experience designed to tone every major muscle group, much like a Pilates class but with a twist. This 60-minute class incorporates a variety of equipment, including the magic circle, BOSU, mat, light weight dumbbells, and resistance bands, to challenge your body in new and effective ways.

Whether you're looking to improve your core stability, enhance your posture, or increase overall strength, Core Strength offers a dynamic workout that adapts to all fitness levels. Each session combines weighted and mat-based exercises that not only focus on your core but also engage your entire body, promoting better balance, flexibility, and muscle tone.

Stretch and Tone

​

Stretch and Tone  is a 50 minute class designed to build targeted muscle areas with slow and controlled movements, tone and contour, and enhance balance and agility.  You will work on deep stretching and improving range of motion as you master proper stretching techniques to boost flexibility and prevent injuries while engaging in exercises that sculpt and define every muscle group. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class helps you move with confidence and power!
