Bungee Intro
 

Get ready to defy gravity and learn how to fly in our Bungee Fitness Intro class! Bungee Fitness is a low-impact workout that delivers powerful cardio and core training, all while having an absolute blast. Who knew fitness could be this much fun!
In this introductory class, you’ll learn the basic bungee moves and transitions while getting comfortable in the harness and learning to truly “trust the bungee.” Bungee Fitness Intro is a fun, energizing experience that provides an amazing full-body workout, strengthening your core and boosting your endurance. Enjoy great music, nonstop movement, and plenty of smiles as you bounce your way from start to finish!
Please arrive 15 minutes early for stretching and harness adjustments. Wear leggings and sneakers for safety and comfort, and avoid crop tops to ensure proper harness fit.

Weight and Height Requirements:
For adults, the weight limit is up to 250 lbs. and the maximum height is 8 feet, depending on fitness level.
For kids, the minimum weight is 75 lbs. and the minimum height is 4'2". Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is required to remain on-site for the entire duration of the class.

Bungee Fly 1 2 3

Take your fitness to new heights with Bungee Fly 123! This advanced class is designed for all fitness levels, provided you’ve completed at least one Bungee Intro class. This class is for those who trust the bungee and are ready to push their boundaries for a workout like no other. Arrive 15 minutes early for proper stretching and harness adjustments. 
Bungee Advance

This is where strength, stamina, and skill collide! Bungee Advanced is a high-intensity class designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to level up. Expect faster-paced choreography, advanced aerial combinations. This class challenges your core, coordination, and control in every jump, drop, and lift.
Bungee Dance Groove

Get ready to defy gravity and groove to the beat with our high energy Bungee Dance Groove class! This exciting workout is divided into two sections.  The first session focuses on fun, easy to follow dance moves, and the second session alternates between basic bungee signature moves and jumps. The sequence repeats for a fun cardio and core strengthening experience, keeping you engaged and energized throughout. Set to a lively mix of Latin, pop, and rock music, this class will have you bouncing, sweating, and smiling from start to finish! Please arrive 15 minutes early to stretch and adjust your harness settings.  It is recommended to wear leggings, sneakers and it is NOT recommended to wear crop tops as the harness will be uncomfortable against bare skin.
Class requirement:
Bungee Cardio Dance Groove is designed for participants who have already attended one or more Bungee Intro classes and are comfortable with the basic moves and flies taught in the introductory class.
