Bungee Intro
 

Get ready to defy gravity and learn how to fly in our Bungee Fitness Intro class!

This is where your bungee journey begins and is a mandatory class in order to take all other bungee class levels. Bungee Fitness is a low-impact workout that delivers powerful cardio and core training while having an absolute blast. In this introductory class, you’ll learn the basic bungee moves and transitions while getting comfortable in the harness and learning to truly “trust the bungee.”

Bungee Fitness Intro is a fun, energizing experience that provides an amazing full body workout, strengthening your core and boosting your endurance. Enjoy great music, nonstop movement, and plenty of smiles as you bounce your way from start to finish!

Please arrive 15 minutes early for stretching and harness adjustments. Wear leggings and sneakers for safety and comfort, and avoid crop tops to ensure proper harness fit.

Weight and Height Requirements:

  • Adults: Maximum weight of 250 lbs and maximum height of 8 feet (depending on fitness level).

  • Kids: Minimum weight of 75 lbs and minimum height of 4'2".

  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is required to remain on site for the entire duration of the class.

Beginner Fly

 

This is the next level after Bungee Intro! 

Learn more advanced moves as you challenge your bungee fitness and take it to the next level.  Beginner FLY is where you will learn to fly back and shoot back as well as mastering the techniques you learned in Bungee Intro.  Before coming to Beginner FLY you must know the basic combination of flys including knee up, starfish, switch kick and dolphin.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to allow time to adjust your harness.  As always, leggings, sneakers and no crop tops for safety.  This class is where you really learn to SOAR!

Bungee Fly 2


Take your fitness to new heights with Fly 2! This level 2 class is designed for clients that have completed Bungee Intro and Beginner Fly. This class is for those who have progressed through Beginner Fly and have learned more comlicated moves and fly combos including shoot backs and flybacks!  There is minimal "instruction" in this class, the focus is on building and mastering longer flys and more intese cardio in preparation for our advanced class.  Arrive 15 minutes early for proper stretching and harness adjustments. Wear leggings and sneakers. Avoid crop tops to ensure comfort with the harness.
 

Advanced Bungee 


INSTRUCTOR PERMISSION REQUIRED!!! 

This is where strength, stamina, and skill collide!  Advanced Bungee is our level 3 class and is a high-intensity class designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to level up. Expect faster-paced choreography, advanced aerial combinations.This class challenges your core, coordination, and control in every jump, drop, and lift.

Instructor permission is required. Only experienced flyers may attend.

Bungee Dance Groove

​Get ready to defy gravity and groove to the beat with our high energy Bungee Dance Groove class! This exciting workout alternates between fun, easy to follow dance moves and the basic bungee flies you already learned in your Bungee Fitness Intro class. This back and forth format creates a dynamic cardio and core strengthening experience that keeps you engaged, energized, and moving nonstop.

Set to a lively mix of Latin, pop, and rock music, this class will have you bouncing, sweating, and smiling from start to finish!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to stretch and adjust your harness settings. It is recommended to wear leggings and sneakers. Crop tops are not recommended, as the harness may be uncomfortable against bare skin.

Class Requirement
Bungee Dance Groove is designed for participants who have attended one or more Bungee Fitness Intro classes and are comfortable with the basic moves and flies taught in the introductory class. Eligibility may vary depending on individual fitness levels.

Weight and Height Requirements
Adults maximum weight of 250 lbs and maximum height of 8 feet, depending on fitness level.
