Get ready to defy gravity and groove to the beat with our high-energy Bungee Dance Groove class! This exciting workout is divided into two sections: the first focuses on fun, easy-to-follow dance moves, and the second alternates between basic bungee signature moves and jumps. The sequence repeats for a fun cardio and core-strengthening experience, keeping you engaged and energized throughout. Set to a lively mix of Latin, pop, and rock music, this class will have you bouncing, sweating, and smiling from start to finish! Please arrive 15 minutes early to stretch and adjust your harness settings.  It is recommended to wear leggings, sneakers and it is NOT recommended to wear crop tops as the harness will be uncomfortable against bare skin.  

The bungee sling setup offers a feeling of weightlessness and freedom, making high-intensity workouts accessible to all fitness levels. You'll have fun while working out and challenge your body in new and exciting ways, thanks to the bounce and support provided by the bungee cords.

Class Structure:

​

 

  • Warm-Up (10 mins): Gentle stretching and light movements to prepare your body for the bungee experience.

  • Strength Training (20 mins): Engage in bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups, enhanced by the resistance and support of the bungee slings.

  • Cardio & Agility (15 mins): Perform high-energy movements such as jumps, sprints, and dynamic drills with the added boost of the bungee system.

  • Flexibility & Core (10 mins): Focus on stretching and core-strengthening exercises to improve flexibility and stability.

  • Cool Down (5 mins): Relaxing stretches and deep breathing to wind down and aid recovery.
